If you are having issues installing Outlook here are a few things to consider:
Do you have administrative privileges to allow you to install new software?
Does your system meet the minimum requirements? (if it doesn’t….Dude, c’mon, have you seen them?!)
Is your system running a 64bit operating system? (if you want to install a 64bit version of Office then you will need to be)

I have a backup of my old e-mails in the form of a .pst file. I have since changed my e-mail provider and have a new account set up within outlook, is there any way of me getting these old e-mails to open in outlook using my new account? thanks
Yes! if you open outlook an got to File> New> Outlook Data File, you can import your .pst file of your old e-mails. these will then be listed on the left side of outlook under the personal folders section. from here you can open and view any of your old e-mails from within outlook and reply to them using your new account.
